Scouts, it's time to recharge those Cyberchip's. Please try to get this done before the next campout.

Adults, if you haven't done so yet please fill out the Request for Central Registry Clearance form.

Summer Camp is June 17th to June 24th.

There has been a cost increase from last year. It is now $380.00 per Scout and $175.00 per Adult.

Adjustments have already been made to the website. If you have signed up but changed your mind, please contact Scoutmaster Wancha ASAP.

Just a quick reminder that we have to have a current health for (parts A, B, and C) on file for every member of the Troop (including adults who may camp wih us).  These have to be typed (you can follow the link in the links section of this site, then fill out the PDF and print it). 

As we start this new season keep in mind that there are still requirements of Health Forms A ,B for all those in attendance of meetings and events. Part C is for mainly Summer camp. All adults are to have a background check and Youth Protection. Scouts are to have a cellphone contract signed.  Cyber Chip has been incorporated into other parts of the program.  If you are involved in school activities, church activities or just need your family to have a night to regroup don't  feel your are missing out. A quick email to your patrol leader lets us know you are still in touch and stay informed.  As of June 1, 2022 the Covid 19  Forms were discontinued by council.  Sorry if there was any confusion from previous post. What we do know is that EVERYONE who is present at ANY Scouting event or meeting will need to fill out the paperwork below. Please fill these out for anyone who may attend any meeting, camp, drop-off or pick-up and either plan to bring us the signed copies, or Scan/email it to paperwork@troop312.com. +

Have you checked out the Troop Website lately? We have add a lot of things to the calendar, including up coming campout's and popcorn sale opportunities to earn money in your scout account. Scouts and parents please check to see if all your information is correct. Home address, phone number, email address, rank and so on. If you find that something is incorrect email the webmaster at webmaster@troop312.com with the correction.
